Educational Approach
AN ACTIVE EDUCATIONAL APPROACH APPROACHACTION-BASED TRAINING
We have opted for an active approach to teaching, that of Action-Based Training. Indeed, a focus on leading-edge knowledge which can immediately be put to use in the professional setting is in the EM2C Institute's very DNA.
Our approach is therefore:
- Collaborative. Learners come face-to-face with professionals and are immersed in the work of hospitals and companies.
- Systemic. The different aspects of technology are studied in relation to their interactions with innovation and organisation.
- Interactive. Taught classes are regularly interspersed with case studies, workshops and group projects.
